  • Prepare and distribute equity-related reports and communications
  • Ensure compliance with SEC regulations, IRS guidelines, and international tax requirements for global employees, while staying abreast of evolving stock plan legislation

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex equity concepts to non-finance audiences
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving in a dynamic, mission-driven setting
  • Ability to handle confidential information with the highest level of integrity
  • Knowledge of international equity plans and cross-border tax compliance
  • Ability to work independently and deliver on tight schedules
  • Knowledge and experience with international (non-USA) equity programs
  • Passion for space exploration and alignment with SpaceX's bold vision for multi-planetary life

Additional Requirements:

  • Willing to work extended hours and weekends as needed
  • Travel to other SpaceX locations a few times each year
  • This position is based in Hawthorne, CA (Los Angeles area), and requires being onsite full-time hybrid and remote work will not be considered

Compensation and Benefits:

Pay range:

Stock Plan Administrator: $80,000.00 - $115,000.00/per year

Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at SpaceX. You may also be eligible for long-term incentives, in the form of company stock, stock options, or long-term cash awards, as well as potential discretionary bonuses and the ability to purchase additional stock at a discount through an Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
